During my time at BC—OA, I managed the gut renovations of two custom luxury residential lofts, along with several other partial renovations. I was involved thoroughly in every phase of work, including an exhaustive exploration of possible design options within the site constraints, management of the Department of Buildings’ filings, coordination with multiple consultants, single-handed production of construction document sets with extensive hyper-custom details, specification selection, and heavy oversight throughout the duration of construction.
