I am an architect, designer, artist, researcher, and advocate based in Brooklyn, NY. I use she/they pronouns. I am currently a graduate student in the Master of Arts in Disability Studies program at CUNY School of Professional Studies. Previously, I obtained a Bachelor of Architecture at Pratt Institute, with a minor in Sustainability.
I am a New York State Registered Architect on a quest to upend conventional industry attitudes toward accessibility. I am passionate about creating highly inclusive spaces through genuinely inclusive design processes. I believe there is tremendous untapped potential for disability advocacy through spatial design — in ways that transcend mandated requirements. I hope for a future where architectural accessibility conversations are centered on collaboration rather than compliance.
Website Accessibility
This is a personal website, and I am neither a web developer nor an expert on digital accessibility. I have made the intentional decision to not use an accessibility overlay. Please see Overlay Fact Sheet for more information about why these products are typically more harmful than helpful.
Please contact me with any concerns or issues regarding the accessibility of my site. Feedback and recommendations are welcome. I would be happy to provide any materials in an alternate format. Image descriptions across the site are a work in progress.
